Apartment 1(40 m2) with separate entrance and central heating is located in the attic of the family house and it is expected appropriate behavior.

The kitchen is fully equipped for food preparation (kitchen utensils, electric stove, oven, mixer, grill pan, cooler , table for 4 people ...).



Living room with sitting furniture provides space for rest, watch tv, listen to the radio ...



Bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin has a first aid box, iron, hair dryer, liquid soap, bath and toilet paper.



Every customer is waiting on the bed linen, blanket, extra pillow and two towels.



Exterior has two parking spaces for guests, and nearby is a public parking area for ten vehicles. Outdoor terrace and garden are also available to guests.
